Do you need eye-catching branding for a conference, festival, or other event? The Event Branding System package brings a cohesive yet versatile visual identity to your event. From your early email blasts and social media posts to the day-of environment, you want your professional branding to attract your audience, tell your story, and create a memorable experience for your attendees. In addition to the logo suite, you’ll be able to choose what additional assets, documents, or templates would most suit your needs.

Clients: Conference planners, professional associations, festival planners, nonprofits, business meetings, educational organizations, etc.

Deliverables:

  • Logo suite with up to four (4) alternate logo versions (if the client needs more than four alternate logos, they may be charged at a project rate)

    • Vector files

    • High-resolution PNGs

    • Web friendly files

    • etc.

  • Choice of three (3) branded asset designs, including but not limited to:

    • Slide deck templates

    • Social media graphic / template

    • Ad (print or digital)

    • Direct mail piece

    • Flyer

    • Simple web page

    • Print program / prospectus cover

    • Business cards

    • Letterhead

    • Other documents or templates

  • Asset gallery for easy extrapolation of logo design into event environment, which may include:

    • High-resolution photographs and complementary imagery

    • Isolated or adapted graphics from logo

    • Additional graphics

  • Brand Guide for easy access to logos, usage guidelines, colors, fonts, voice, web accessibility, etc.

Price: 20% discount available for 501(c) nonprofits

Timeline: 2-5 weeks

Phase 1: Ideation – What's Your Story?

  • Client completes intake form, sends reference photos and brand inspiration

  • Call with designer (1:1 or group meeting, typically held online via Zoom, but may be in person if the client is in the greater Seattle area)

    • Share your ideas, inspirations, and taste (including what you don’t like)

    • Discuss your event’s story, customers/audience, and goals

    • Brainstorm ideas for imagery, symbols, colors, etc.

Phase 2: Drafting & Review – A Brand Takes Shape

  • Designer takes your input and drafts logo concepts

  • Designer delivers three (3) logo system concepts by the agreed-upon deadline

  • Client reviews drafts and chooses their favorite option

  • Client provides feedback for revision (e.g. adjusting colors or fonts)

  • Discuss extrapolating selected logo into a visual system to suit all of the client’s needs

  • Optional second call if needed for nuanced discussion and/or requested by client

  • Clients finalize their selections for additional assets

Phase 3: Revision & Deliverables – Fine Tuning the Concept

  • Designer makes revisions and returns logo suite to client (Note: several additional rounds of drafting or revisions at the client’s request may result in additional fees)

  • Client agrees on finalized logo suite

  • Designer creates additional assets and Brand Guide (revision available if requested)

  • Need more than three branded assets? You can add them to the base package at custom project rates.
